Overview

紐西蘭的Charities law規定了公益慈善團體的義務和責任。同時，慈善團體也享有較大的自由去選擇他們活動跟重點服務對象的優先次序。

年度報告就是其中的一項義務。本次講座將提供一個簡單的概覽，解釋在紐西蘭的運作方式。我們將探討誰負責報告，以及誰會收到這些報告。為何必須報告、需要包括哪些內容以及如何準備報告。

Sarah Doherty 在慈善機構報告要求方面經驗豐富，她將與 Eva Chen 合作，協助翻譯並確保所有問題都能得到解答。

Annual reporting is an important responsibility for all registered charities in New Zealand, including those serving Chinese communities. This workshop will provide a clear and simple explanation of how annual reporting works under New Zealand law, with a focus on making the process understandable and manageable for Chinese-speaking organisations.

Experienced charities advisor Sarah Doherty will guide participants through the essentials of what needs to be reported, how to do it correctly, and why it matters. She is joined by Eva Chen, who will provide translation support and help ensure all questions are clearly answered.
