LEADERSHIP TRAINING SESSIONS

Resourcing Leaders in Times of Change is a monthly Zoom meet-up tailored for leaders and those in leadership roles within the non-profit community.
This programme offers 10 Learning Modules of professional development, connection with peers, and practical tools to support your leadership journey, supported along the way by 5 different and experienced presenters.
With alternating months featuring free follow-up sessions, with Leadership Connect: Bridging Learning to Action, with experienced coach and facilitator, Damian D’Cruz, participants can deepen their learning and prepare for upcoming topics and take away useful resources to help with implementation.

Project Management for Change-makers: Simple strategies for community heroes

Overview
Managing projects in a small not-for-profit can feel overwhelming, but with the right approach, it can be both effective and rewarding. This interactive one-hour online workshop is designed to equip community leaders with simple, practical tools to streamline their projects - whether it's organising an event, writing your annual report, or setting up a new community space.

We’ll cover:

What makes a project a project? Understanding key phases of any project.

Build your own project plan in 30 minutes - a simple project guide that integrates project evaluation and impact reporting from the start and without extra work.

Lessons from the field - why relationships, flexibility, collaboration and good communication are your greatest strengths.
This session will inspire and empower you to take on projects with confidence, as well as give you some practical tools to take away - without adding unnecessary complexity to your already busy workload.

ANCAD brings in qualified consultants to mentor your Managers, CEOs and Governance Board/Committee members in various aspects of capability building from good governance, leadership, fundraising and marketing, to financial management and strategic planning.

Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course.
