ANCAD COVID PROTOCOLS
Auckland North Community and Development takes health and safety seriously, along with our responsibility to take care of our team and our community. We will follow the advice and official guidelines recommended by the Ministry of Health regarding epidemics and pandemics.
We will do all that we reasonably can to develop and implement response and control plans to help prevent workplace exposure to COVID-19 and slow the spread of the virus in our community (we have developed an ANCAD Health and Safety Plan that can be made available upon request).
We are dedicated to meeting the training needs of our community and will continue to offer services to those in our sector. Many of our training sessions will be held online through Zoom but some may be held at our training venue at the Mary Thomas Centre. For ANCAD training offsite, at other venues, we will be obliged to follow that venue’s protocols and will make these known to people who are considering registering for such a session or workshop in the Session information on this site and in other communications.
We will continue to review our protocols in this changing environment to respond appropriately to the risk of COVID-19 and will do our best to keep up to date with the current Ministry guidelines and provide clear communications with all of our training attendees.
