Ruth Greenaway is a freelance oral historian, passionate about recording the stories of individuals, communities, and organisations. For the past 24 years, Ruth has been commissioned to document the histories of several NGOs, produce digital storytelling content, film and radio documentaries, publish books, and research various social issues affecting the community sector. Ruth worked for ANCAD Inc. from 2013-2020.

 

She is a member of the New Zealand Oral History Association, the International Oral History Association, the New Zealand Society of Authors and the Professional Historians Association of New Zealand.  www.tapestries.co.nz
