Overview
Volunteers are the heart of any community organisation, but finding and engaging the right people can be challenging. This online session will introduce you to Volunteering New Zealand’s Best Practice Guidelines, focusing on Practice Area 1 – Recruit and Engage Volunteers. You’ll learn how these guidelines were developed and gain practical strategies for attracting and recruiting volunteers effectively. Through interactive discussions, you’ll also have the chance to collaborate with others, share experiences, and develop new approaches to volunteer management.​

Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course.
