In this online session, we will focus on Practice Area 4 – Train and Grow Volunteers, and Practice Area 5 – Feedback and Recognition

Work through guided questions as a group and in break-out sessions. You will have the opportunity to work on these practice areas together – learning from each other and formulating new approaches. It will be interactive and fun!

You will leave with a digital workbook that you can use to help you learn more about and brainstorm new ideas for all 7 Practice Areas.

Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course.
