Talanoa Tupuaga is a hands-on, culturally grounded incubator programme designed to strengthen the capability and confidence of Pacific-led organisations. Led by Clark Tuagalu, the series weaves together governance, funding, leadership, and digital tools, all through a Pacific lens.

Clark Tuagalu is a respected Pacific educator, community leader, and capability builder with over 25 years’ experience across education, health, and grassroots leadership. Clark brings real-world knowledge, lived experience, and practical tools to support your journey, from visioning to funding to digital storytelling.

CANCELLATION FOR TRAINING COURSES
Please be aware that we require two working days’ notice if you wish to cancel your registration. If you cancel after this time payment is still required. We may (at our discretion) provide a credit note to be used for other training courses within twelve months of the original course.
