This page lists upcoming training sessions and facilitated learning opportunities delivered through LiiFT Aotearoa.

Sessions are designed to support community organisations to build practical capability in governance, leadership, funding, financial management, people and wellbeing, and other core areas of practice.

Learning is offered throughout the year, with a mix of online and in-person sessions, and series.

We encourage you to:

  • Consider your organisation’s current stage.

  • Focus on capability areas that matter most right now.

  • Choose sessions that fit your time and capacity.

  • Who the session is designed for.

Some sessions are standalone. Others form part of a broader learning pathway.

LiiFT sessions are designed for people with responsibility in community organisations, including:

  • Board members and trustees.

  • Chairs and governance committees.

  • Chief Executives, managers, and team leaders.

  • Fundraising, finance, and volunteer leads.

 

You don’t need prior training or specialist knowledge to participate.

LiiFT aims to make learning as accessible as possible.

Some sessions may be:

  • Subsidised through funding support.

  • Offered at low or no cost.

  • Limited in numbers to support quality discussion.

LiiFT sessions are designed to help you pause, reflect, and strengthen practice, not to add pressure or workload.
