LEADERSHIP IN TIMES OF CHANGE SERIES
Leadership learning within the LiiFT Aotearoa capability framework.
Supporting leaders when complexity is high.
Leadership in Times of Change brings together LiiFT Aotearoa’s leadership-focused learning to support leaders navigating uncertainty, pressure, and ongoing change in the community and not-for-profit sector.
Delivered through LiiFT Aotearoa, this learning creates space for leaders to step back, reflect, and strengthen how they lead themselves, their people, and their organisations, particularly when the path ahead feels unclear.
This is practical, grounded leadership learning for real-world conditions.
