Workshop overview
This practical workshop helps participants find, understand and use the analytics available through their social media accounts. It removes the confusion around metrics and focuses on the numbers that genuinely help organisations understand their audience, improve their content and make better communication decisions.
The workshop covers Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn analytics, with an introduction to using Google Analytics to understand what happens after someone visits a website.
