As leaders, how do we create more resilience in our organisations and our teams to meet the uncertainties, challenges and constant change that seem to be our realities more and more? To be able to see these as opportunities for growth and learning, rather than as a threat.

​

It is very human to feel overwhelmed by these changes that are beyond our control. But if we are able to embrace and respond to these challenges with resilience, we are in a much stronger position to experience them as opportunities.

We will share our experiences and explore some powerful examples of resilience, here in Aotearoa, to understand what contributes to and supports us, in building resilience, in our organisations and communities.
