There remain three Zoom meet-ups across the year (bi-monthly) for Leadership and those with leadership responsibilities in the NFP community/organisations. Receive professional development around a 'Topic of the Day' from top, professional consultants/facilitators as well as connect with and talk with other community leaders in break-out rooms. Topics will vary across the year. Discuss issues/topics of importance to you.

6 July: Learning from lifecycles

There is increasing evidence that organisations and their boards go through commonly occurring patterns of change and development over time or "lifecycles". What can we expect as organisational growing pains? How can we be more proactive, and not caught by surprise by these changes? In this session we will discuss practical strategies to better prepare our organisations as we move through different stages, and even leverage off these developments to have a bigger impact or minimise some of the common pitfalls?

 

These powerful sessions can often lead to a strong supportive network of leaders that flows out of the meetups that you can link with and connect to, in between sessions.

• All sessions are on Zoom.

• All sessions start at 10.00am through to 11.30am or just over.
